Find an available room below and fill out the comprehensive online application form. No initial registration or account is required.

Vetting & Portal Creation
Once management reviews and approves your application, the system automatically generates your private Tenant Portal and emails you your login details.

Sign & Secure
Log in to your portal to sign your Lease Agreement, agree to the House Rules, and pay your deposit and first month's rent (calculated pro-rata if moving in mid-month).

Enjoy full access to our well-maintained communal areas designed for your ultimate comfort and convenience.

A shared bathroom to be shared by tenants. (Shower only, no bath)
